Smart Electrician® Return Policy
Returns
Smart Electrician® accepts product returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and accessories. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Defective/Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery to arrange a replacement. We may require photos of any damage or defects prior to shipping a replacement. Replacement items will be shipped once the damaged/defective unit is returned to us.
Refunds
Refunds are generally processed within 3-5 business days of our receipt of the returned item. Refunds are applied to the original payment method used at time of purchase. Processing time for refunds can vary depending on your financial institution.
Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your return in case it is lost in transit. We cannot issue refunds for return shipments lost in transit.
